Professional Sober Living in Lancaster, PA

PorchLight Recovery is a DDAP-licensed, NARR Level III supervised sober living facility in historic downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania, built specifically for professionals in recovery.

We exist because the standard sober living model does not work for everyone. Professionals, executives, veterans, and high-achieving individuals in recovery face a specific set of challenges: protecting their reputation, maintaining their career, and rebuilding their life without losing everything they have worked for. PorchLight was designed for those people.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help professionals reach their full potential by providing an individualized, structured recovery environment rooted in abstinence, dignity, and community. Recovery is not the end of your story. At PorchLight, it is where the next chapter begins.

Where We Are Headed: Integrated IOP/PHP

The future of professional addiction recovery is integrated care, where clinical treatment and stable housing work together under one roof, designed specifically for the demands of professional life. That is exactly what PorchLight is building.

PorchLight is actively developing its own Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program. When it opens, residents will receive coordinated clinical care and professional-grade sober living without ever leaving the PorchLight community. If you want to be part of this from the beginning, reach out now.

Our Leadership

PorchLight was founded by Vincent Palazzotto, an Army veteran and Executive Director who built this organization from personal experience. Vincent witnessed addiction's impact firsthand and made it his mission to create a recovery environment that meets the standard he wished had existed. His background in business, advocacy, and the recovery community shapes every aspect of how PorchLight operates.

Our Campus

PorchLight's campus spans beautifully restored historic homes in the heart of Lancaster's downtown historic district. We maintain separate campuses for men and women, each licensed, supervised, and designed to provide the structure and community that recovery requires.

Financial Access

We believe cost should not be the only barrier between someone and the right level of care. PorchLight offers a financial assistance fund for residents who qualify. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Giving Back

Through PorchLight Gives, our nonprofit arm, we work to expand access to dignified recovery housing for people who could not otherwise afford it. If you are interested in supporting the mission, learn more about PorchLight Gives.
