Al Anon Alcohol Support Groups for Family and Friend

Al-Anon Support Groups – Recovery, Unity, Service, and the Circle of Welcome Within Support Groups

Help, Hope and Support Groups for Families and Friends of Alcoholics

The Al-Anon Family Support Groups are a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength, and hope in order to solve their common problems. We believe alcoholism is a family illness and that changed attitudes can aid recovery. Al-Anon is not allied with any sect, denomination, political entity, organization, or institution; does not engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any cause. There are no dues for membership. Al-Anon is self-supporting through its own voluntary contributions. Al-Anon has but one purpose: to help families of alcoholics. We do this by practicing the Twelve Steps, by welcoming and giving comfort to families of alcoholics, and by giving understanding and encouragement to the alcoholic.

Once in the meeting room, teens can change their screen name to the name they want used in order to be recognized by other Alateens and the Sponsors. After downloading the mobile app, teens can access all features in the Mobile App as well as all Alateen and Al‑Anon meetings. The Mobile App can be downloaded in English, Spanish or French but the Alateen meetings are only available in English at this time. At least two Alateen Group Sponsors are present for each meeting.
