Our Mission & Unique Approach
PorchLight Recovery offers more than sober living; we provide a pathway back to a passionate, purposeful life for individuals in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We understand that recovery succeeds on dignity and real-world balance. As a state-licensed and highest-level (NARR III) residence, we create a structured yet independent environment where recovery is integrated with work, family, and personal growth. Our unique model includes on-site housing for loved ones, because we believe healing is a collective journey. We provide financial aid through our charity fund to help people in need access our program.
The Strength of Our Community
The level of experience in our team is our competitive advantage. Our staff is a mixture of business leaders and professionals with various qualifications, headed by Executive Director Vincent Palazzotto, an Army veteran, an individual who lost his family yet made it his mission. This involves specialized services to veterans and first responders who have unique problems. We do not provide a program, but a lifelong community. Whether it is personal coaching and peer support, or a vibrant alumni network, we make the resources and relationships to create a sober future that is sustainable. A community that really understands can begin your quest to reclaim your life.
A Home for Healing and Growth
At PorchLight Recovery, we believe the environment is fundamental to recovery. Our campus in historic Lancaster is designed as a true home, not just a facility. People can enjoy private suites, kitchens, serene courtyards, and high-speed internet, blending comfort with the structure necessary for growth. These provide a safe environment where people can build new habits, continue their hobbies, and improve their life skills. Long-term healing, returning to work, and fixing relationships are how we define success. Our door is always open, and our light is always on, guiding the way to a brighter and sober future.
